It is aim of the breast enlargement (augmentation) to form a bust consistent
with the thorax and the body silhouette which matches to the respective
woman.

or at whom a minimization appeared in result of pregnancy, lactation periods
or strong weight reduction can be helped by an operation substantially.
Implants made of different material (silicone) are used for this operation.
The experienced surgeon decides together with the patient, which form,
surface design and volume the implant must have.
At the surgery the cut individually is set in the breast foldover crease,
the axilla or at the areola.
