Gynecomastia – the trend operation on men

Also men have a breast gland under the nipple which is minted, however, considerably less than with women.
As a rule it is increased stored grease, if the breast of the man is extended.
The cause has to be usually searched in hormone disturbances, an abnormal increase of the gland tissue (gynecomastia) more seldom hides behind this.

The surplus grease is extracted with a thin special cannula via approx. 4 mm small slices.
